The DC 1020 gantry CNC machining center is designed for machining large-volume parts, with a BT50 spindle at 6,000 rpm and a 15/18.5 kW motor. Its gantry architecture with moving table ensures maximum stability and accuracy in roughing and finishing operations in steel, aluminum, cast iron and special materials.
The BT50 spindle allows large-diameter cutters and heavy tooling to be used, with more torque and cutting capacity than the standard BT40. The chain-type tool system ranges from 10 → 60 positions to suit complex multi-operation processes in a single setup.
Fanuc 0i-MF Plus control with 15" touchscreen. Available from stock in Spain with installation, commissioning and training included.
