The Vurcon SBL60H slant-bed CNC lathe features a 45° monoblock cast iron bed with a stepped design. It has a main spindle and sub-spindle with built-in motor spindles, C-axis, Y-axis and a 12-position BMT55 live-tool turret. With a Fanuc 0i-MF Plus control and 15" screen, it performs turning, milling, drilling and rigid tapping operations.
The main spindle reaches 3,500 rpm, with 22 kW of power and a maximum torque of 600 Nm. The sub-spindle has 13.2/11 kW. Standard equipment includes 10" and 6" hydraulic through-hole chucks, Renishaw HPMA tool measuring probe, 10 bar CTS coolant, parts catcher and chain-type chip conveyor. Vurcon CNC machinery with CE marking.
