How much does shipping cost?

The cost of transport depends on the model, weight and final destination of the machine.

  • We will inform you of the most economical option (land, sea or air) and the estimated times.

Can I expedite the delivery of my machine?

Yes. We offer "Urgent" service with priority transport.

  • Subject to stock availability and transport routes.
  • Check the shipping cost supplement in the same quote.

Can I have it delivered to multiple addresses?

For industrial orders, the standard delivery is to a single unloading point.

  • If you need multiple deliveries, contact sales and we'll coordinate customized routes.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)?

No. Due to the size and weight of CNC machines, we only deliver to physical addresses with truck access.

Will VAT be applied to my order?

  • Within Spain (peninsula): 21% VAT applies.
  • EU customers with a valid intra-community VAT number: exempt from VAT (intra-community transaction).
  • Exports outside the EU: VAT free, subject to tariffs of the country of destination.

How will I receive notifications and track my shipment?

  • We will send you an email and/or WhatsApp message when the machine leaves the factory.
  • We've included a tracking link with your shipping agency to check the status and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

What do I do if I haven't received my machine yet?

  • First, check the status using the tracking link we provided.
